    Snow fence

    Hi,
All are taken with a Fuji f10. I haven't done any editing yet so please tell me what I could do. Thanks!

Hmmmmm, I like. It's a very complicate composition but it's working for me. Lots of detail and texture to look at and a nice, dark, gloomy, winter feel. I like the color one better and I think I might actually increase the saturation just a bit to get the red to pop more.

What else ya got? Post a review for that F10!

Shooting it at a deeper field might have produced a better shot since most elements seem to be near each other and all sharp at the moment. I also think you could've used a bit of white balance correction at shooting or post editing. Those are the only two things I can think about.

I think I would prefer a much more 'panoramic' shot, and cut out the brush in the foreground. I think it would be a little easier to define a subject and appreciate.

    Nice shot,

Maybe I'm way out in LF here, but perhaps a tighter crop around the gate, with more of the trees showing and less of the bottom?

I really like this. For me, it's the tonal range that seems to be lacking. I like contrast and to me there isn't too much here. How did you do the conversion? I would think that using the channel mixer to move the values for the blue and green mostly, that you might find a more exact feel for this image. Then, contrast!! I love the stuff. I think darkening it just a smidge, then upping the contrast would make the stones become more defined and really anchor the shot.

Just my opinion of course! It's still a nice image.

Turned down the brightness a little and upped the contrast.
    How is it now?
