I love the colors on the house, and the feeling but the sky is too washed out. A clouded sky would've worked better IMO.

That blown out sky is a problem.

Did you crop this at all? I think you could go with a bit less space at the top AND the bottom to get the focus even more on the building. As it is the first thing I was drawn to was the bright white sky and the roofline-the rest of the structure was pretty much an afterthought to me.

I prefer the second version, since the sky gives a bit more of that mysterious look. Still a bit washed out on the left, but not much to be done there I guess. I would also crop a bit of the top like MB1 said.

I like the black & white best. The roof is a little bit bright, but you seem to have solved the sky problem. Keep shooting, I love seeing photos of Russian architecture!

I like the sepia tones of the second image-makes it look old-but the black and white seems more threatening,also top crop improves it.
