got a bunch of pics of this guy but this was my favourite because i actually got a bit of motion blur with his one leg making it look like he is actually moving lol

the little guy later got stuck trying to climb over a small log that was in its way, hehe poor guy

    awwww

poor guy,,, I like the shot overall but it's that blurry leg that throws me a bit(not by much) like it should be animated or something. overall a nice shot....colors and the saturation IMHO

    Nice overall

Nice overall image. I like the texture and colors. I would have liked to see a little more DOF but that may have been beyound you control given the lighting situation. The main thing that I would like to see different is you point of focus, with the shallow depth of field I would have prefered the main focus point to be the head or eyes, just a shade soft there for me. Nice catch. Keep posting.

ya exactly what i was thinking when i uploaded these shots... i think i need to start using manual focus more often because auto with such a small DOF isnt working as often as i would like. almost all shots taken of this little guy had his head out of focus

i believe the ISO was set quite high for this shot, although it doesnt show in my nikon info for some reason.... so the small DOF was needed since it was also hand held

    thx for the comments
