    good action shot and good angle. If the player was closer it may have been better, perhaps if you got up higher and zoomed in more or if the player were to jump higher? (good luck with that)

    I'm not sure if the blur on the ball is from compression, action, or DOF, but if that could be remedied, the picture would be improved a bit.

    I like the shot but have to agree with what the others have said about the dynamics, however I do like the way you caught the shadow of his foot at the edge of the picture.

    I have never taken pictures of people playing sport so wouldn't have a clue how to improve it.

    My only complaint about the shot is the shadow over the players face.

    Other than that.. Great image.

    The blur and the angle add to the shot IMO as they show the motion of the play and relay how fast the player is actually moving.
