    On the sky's highway

    I took this last night with a Canon PowerShot SD 700 IS during the sunset time...

    its a little plain. sunsets are pretty common so i feel they need something to make them stand out. a good silouetted forground or insane colors. but its a good basic sunset pic. also tilted a bit to the right.

    I like your pictures Mari, but there is that tilt again I'm using Microsoft Digital Image Suite (2006) to edit my pictures. The software has an option where you can place your cursor on one side of a horizon, click, and then do the same to the other side of the horizon. The software will straighten the picture and then you have an option to do an auto crop (there might be reasons why you wouldn't want the auto crop). It might be just me, but I think this image is also lacking contrast. I hope you do not mind (again ), I straightened the picture and added a little more contrast.

    I would like to buy better photo editing programing--soon hopefully and a tripod!
