Those are some seriously powerful clouds for not having a circular polarizer listed in the equipment data! Composition works well, building from the low left to the high right, but it seems slightly over-sharpened.

I see a lot of posterization in the top left cloud. The building silhouettes work well with the very dramatic sky. I wish I could see more detail in the water to help separate the water from the buildings.

For me the main perspectives are the clouds and silhouette, the slight glimmer on the water is distracting for me, you either need more or to lose it altogether. Good eye for seeing this shot. S
