    The Silent Witness

This is part of a series of pics I recently took inside a local burned factory. The fire was a few months ago. It is a pretty creepy place.

Looks good, a little blown out in the white.

I agree with icicle. It's a good shot, but the blown out whites are a problem. It looks like there is still enough detail in the whites on the ground that you could do a bit of levels adjustment and be OK there. I'm not sure to what point you can fix the windows, though. Composition wise, I would have liked to see a little less wall on the right, and instead see the whole window on the left. This would also show more of the room, which I think would be more interesting than the wall.

    Re: The Silent Witness

Fantastic scene and a fine composition. I also feel there is a bit much blown out in the highlights but I realize it was a difficult situation to expose. Two exposures blened in can help in these tough conditions.
I like the color version best as it offers up an interesting combination of subtle tones almost in a cartoonish surreal way.
My biggest concern here is the softness of the image. These should be some tighter sharpness on the fridge as it is very dominant in the frame and could offer up texture and stuff, but is seems your focal point was more out into the middle of the frame.
    Pretty good
