I echo what Gary and CL said. I also think the bg doesn't work for this type of shot. It needs either nothing behind it, or something more in keeping with what it is (a factory, a wall, etc.). I like CLs crop though I think I would try to skew it so that it is more vertical, and I miss that rusty edge on the right.

D makes the good point about the background, the white spots are awfully overexposed and contrasty with the sign post. An interesting shot though, though I agree with Gary about the apperance of it being processed.
