    Shy Boy

This shy boy hides behind his mother's sinh (traditional Lao skirt)..It was shot in Southern Laos on the Lao/Cambodian border in a small village which rarely sees tourists..
The image was severely cropped to give some impact to the little boy..

I was getting worried because I am sure I have seen this one before also. Have they been posted elsewhere or am I gone mad.
It's a pleasure to see these again. The composition is perfect and I dont feel it requires much more other than praise.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan

I agree with Tom (though I don't remember seeing this before), this shot is superb. Love how the mother is left unidentified and the black and white really shines in this shot. Great tones and a beautiful shot!

    Well done!
