    Seeing in Color

    I took this self portrait with my 17-35 and my d70 w/t 800 softboxed
    some ps work

    I like it, but I think I'd kick up the saturation for the eyes just a tad more...really make them pop. It's subtle, but too subtle for me. The uneven eyes works well in this shot, and I think this is definaetly a keeper.

    I like it too, the patterns created by the eyebrow and hair add to the composition, also agree with the comments regarding the eyes, nice shot!

    yes, more color to the eyes to give it more pop, but not too much, you don't want them to stand out to much because you have great b&w tones.
    I like the composition. Howecer, I would crop some of the bottom off...right at the point between the nose and lip. This would allow the shadow to stay, yet not make it look like the upper lip was trying to come into the photo.

    How did you add color to the eyes very nice.

    70-300

    If anyone has a 2x teleconverter up for sale that will fit a minolta A mount and work with af let me know.

    I Do agree that i should crop from my lip up to my nose and thanks for letting me know to kickup my eyes a little
    I used P.S. and Selective Coloring i call it

    Well i did the crop and saturated the colors alot more but for some reason it dosent look that much

    i actually like this one a lot better. even that tad bit of extra color really did it for me. very nice
