Upside down reflection

Weird how some things work out. This photo is straight from the camera without any editing or P/P. What looks like clouds in the sky is really debris under the water. Does anyone else see this? It took me awhile to figure which end of the photo was up. I know it's no wall hanger by far. I was wonder if ther's a way to get the reflection to come out more in the photo? How do I edit it?

This has the look that usually takes tons of PP to achive Reminds me of an impressionist painting. Cool stuff for sure, but that one leaf in the middle is buggin' me a little.

Could it be cloned out you think? I would like to rwmove the green leaf also.
