    Scituate Light House 1, 2, 3 - Scituate, MA

    Same print but I moved the scanner to a computer running Win98

    Better results I think .... your thoughts please

    a Yashica 635, 120 roll - 80mm Yashinon lens and an Agfa Billy 0 (Zero) 127 roll - Solinar 7.5cm lens
    Shooting color with:
    a Yashica-Mat, 120 roll - 80mm Lumaxar lens and a Canon FTb, 135 roll - 55mm and 85mm FD lenses

    Shots are much better with the new scanner IMO. My critique is the same, the sharpness is alot better though.

    Same scanner but moved to a puter running Win98 ... Epson never offered XP drivers for their 636U ... guess they want me to purchase a new scanner ... lol

    Hi,
    The contrast seems a bit low. I guess a higher contrast would boot up the visual appearance.

    I'll agree on the contrast issue, they appear quite dull. Maybe scanning it differently could do something as well, but that's not fair for me to say because I know little about scanning stuff.

    Hi Keltic I have to say that these are lovely photos but they are lacking in sharpness , hope you solve your scanner problem.
