    Scenic

    This is from an old negative. I shot it out west in the late '60's don't know exactly where. A departure from my street stuff.

    beautiful shot...I like that just at the last moment I see the snow capped mountains in between the rows of trees... with the wood in the foreground it makes the scene "accesorized" enough that it's al well balanced....nice job---great range of textures and tonal values...

    As I said with your other early shot, your ability to come up with perfectly exposed images with your classic cameras is impressive. The composition works, as it takes my eyes from the tree straight to the mountains in the far distance. Good one, as usual.

    Shadow detail (even on the monitor!), nice composition - great job.

    Reminds me of the hikes around where I grew up. Nice shot, the rocks in the front seem to bring things together for me.
