Eagle - Nothing wrong at all with this shot, cept maybe that the waterline is slightly tilted. It is pretty straightforward from that angle. See if you can somehow get a different angle too though. Perhaps you can ask a friend with a boat if he can cruise over next to the bridge columns and stabilize the boat while ya do a time exp. That would be different. But it's fine as is.
