This is an awesome series that continues to get better. Don have you put together a book of these photographs because I think that it would sell, bravo.

My favorite shot is of the old woman. You captured so much detail in her face that she doesn't just look old, she looks beautiful. Maybe clone out the shadow behind her lenses on the right side of the photo.
I'm a beginner photographer experimenting with lighting, and different editing techniques in photoshop cs3, and paint shop pro.

I'd like critiques from both sides of the camera. A photographer's point of view, and what you would like to see if the picture was of you (or your child) and you'd paid to have these taken. My ultimate goal is to improve my technique and style, and be the best that I can be.

    Your help is appreciated!

Thanks guys. I'm too busy with poetry to do photo books. But I don't think it would sell.

You never know Don. I know you sometimes combine the two.
I don't always comment on your shots but I always look and the 'common scene' theme has a nitch I think. Most of us look for perfect photos whether landscape, portrait, architecture, or whatever. Your every day life shots of Winnipeg have a universal appeal as they teach us to look at the common all around us wherever we live.
The portrait of the woman is your best photograhically and you caught some nice light.
I'd crop a bit off the left.
    Keep shooting!
