    i think color correction.

    its a good composition though, i have always wanted to try shooting water at slow shutter speeds

    Xsport,

    Lots of improvement is needed for this pic IMO. There's a fair amount of noise, colors are off, and there is no strong composition. I'd suggest a reshoot; practice makes perfect!
