It's a nice image, but I think it's over done. It's got a bit of a HDR halo, and even with the HDR there is no detail at all in most of the clouds. I think the ruins/foreground is also just a bit too bright.
Although, this may be the look that you were going for. For me, there's two different kinds of HDR's. One type is going for the surrealistic look and the other is using HDR just to get more DR into an image but retaining a more natural/realistic look. My preference is for the latter obviously.
I have to agree with everyone on here it's a great photo, but the clouds just don't seem to work.

Tony, the shot is a good one, but probably not one suited to HDR, I've not done HDR before as (1) I don't have PP software that can and I wouldn't know how anyway. I guess you walked around the structure a bit to check out all the different possible angles? Cheers, S.
