Ruby Beach Shows Her True Colors

Veered off the main path on Wed 2-4-09 and headed back to Ruby Beach. The last 10 minutes was a pretty intense light and color show.
Feedback, CC greatly appreciated on how to improve on this image in any and all areas.
    Thanks for looking

Beautiful. I might want to see a little more talus in the foreground, but that's stretch to find a criticism.

This is a beautiful shot, but the horizon is too close to center frame, leaving me wanting to see more sky or more foreground. In this case I think more foreground would have been best. Minor issue only. Great shot.

I checked out the full series in your viewfinder thread, they are all fantastic. Nice detail in the rock, no halos, and magnificent color.

I too find the horizon more centered than I would like and it leaves me wanting more foreground. It also looks tilted just a tad to the left.

OTOH it sure is one sweet image that makes me wish I was there!
    No, I DON'T need that.

Thanks everybody for looking and commenting. Her is a another image shot a few minutes later as the color intensified more. This image has a little more emphasis on the foreground rocks.
    Thanks for looking

    Both good....second one best.
I tried to imagine it with more foreground but thought you'd lose too much bg.
    Obviouly I was wrong.

edit: That relected sunset on the rocks is NICE!
