Nitpicks:
1) Some straightening needs to be done. The pole on the left tilts to the right. You could crop it out altogether, and straighten the horizontal.
2) Focus.....seems like the branches are in sharper focus than the window.
3) Foreground branches spoil this, as the window is obviously the focal point.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with the points John made. I think the reflection is cool, but it would be even better if that part were sharper. Then each frame would hold something separate. The colors are beautiful in the reflection.
The flagpole and the branches take away from the window....they make things confusing.
