    Roxanne

I liked this but didn't think it was all that. Friends thought it was better than I thought it was. Here comes the truth! what do you think? Is it mildly amusing, crappy or a keeper? U decide! ;)

    Re: Roxanne

There is something about the red window that has the potential of telling the story (this is what my eye was drawn to right away) ...however, there are some things that stand in the way. I would attempt to perhaps crop out the building to the left, clone out the "foto prado" banner, and just focus on the two buildings - one with the "bluish light" and one with the red. Then, I think the "Roxanne" becomes a point of curiosity and ponder - at least for me :-)

The red light and car trails make the shot. Yeah it's a keeper.

Very nice indeed. The red window and tail light stream as Greg mentioned for sure. The rest of the lighting in very nice as well. The foto sign, not a deal breaker for me. Also like the tree framing.

    Re: Roxanne

Liban, this certainly works. The red area/opening tells a story and lets our imagination conjure up more. The composition works great for me here. I'd leave it all as it is. Great and interesting architecture, exposed well and the car tail light trails adds alot especially how it ties in to the red above.
I think one could argue about cropping out the post in the lower left corner and making the aspect ratio more like a 4:5 which i think might work nicely as well
    Fine work as always

    Re: Roxanne

Good eye Liban. Scenes like this are there for the shooting, but many people don't see them (myself included on occasion).

I am not sure about it all ....... it's like the light streaks are a separate photo than the pink illuminated door/window. I would therefore crop out the bottom to simply the scene, as it's really about the pink window!

Another wish-list item is human element: too bad there wasn't someone in the window
