Maybe crop the bottom which would also uncenter the horizon. But, beautiful colors, good focused subject and great bg. Just that crop and this is a winner.

I was thinking maybe crop some of the sky, just above the clouds. But yes it's to centered. Level it too.

    Re: Rowboat Maldives

I would agree with cropping the sky. The image is a bit too tall for me to see completely in my monitor, but it does look like the horizon is too close to center for comfort.

I do like it, but as others have keenly noted, it's too split in two equal parts. I would also suggest losing part of the sky and keeping the nice sandy area. I think it would be a much stronger photo like that.

Great hues. Just lovely. I think this would've worked better in landscape. I agree about too much on top and bottom. but if you crop it, u'll lose a lot of pixels. I think the best compromise is to crop halfway down between the top and the horizon. very nice either way.

I won't reiterate what everyone else has already stated. I love the reflection of the sunset/rise on the water, which by the way, is so pristine! What beach was this? Love the calm, soothing, serenity of this shot. Stunning!

It's a very appealing shot.....nicely seen. Yes, definitely keep the foreground and crop the sky down to below where there is vignetting in the upper right corner.
