The green leaf distract me a bit here. They overwhelm what is otherwise a super soft loverly capture. I never shoot flowers because it's really tough and I would never know to leave the stem in or not.... Also at the bottom right of the flower, there seems to be some unruly leaves and stem.
in short, i love the flower and BG. not so crazy about the bottom parts of anything not flower. I hope that made sense.
still though very beautiful!!

Gorgeous colors! I'm not this picky but in the sake of critiquing the upper left corner has a dark shadow, and also that right most petal could use a bit more lighting, that stark shadow doesn't really dovetail with the brightness and rich colors.
Every other artist begins with a blank canvas, a piece of paper. The photographer begins with the finished product.
