    Good subject. I like how you shot looking down for a different look than shooting up which is how most stairs are shot. But maybe most are shot looking up becuase this doesn't help this shot, imho. I think if you are shooting down, you need more space at the bottom of the stairs,(top of photo). That they end so abrubtly near the top of the frame leaves my eye nowhere to go. Also those broken pillars or whatever the white things are to the right of stairs are chopped off.
    The b/w works well for this subject and that the subject is centered also works. Just needs to be a wider view at top.

    Hey popaluna,

    Nice shot. I love B&W and I'm always on the look out for trying to improve. I like how you have captured the detail in the stairs. I'm guessing granite?

    Lastly, is it film?
