Yeah, bigger would be better for sure.
I like the shadows, and the selective color seems to work pretty well. It's hard to tell but I think it might be slightly crooked, leaning to the right.
I find the framing a little tight and I think it would be better if the girl's feet were in the frame.
I really like the concept. I would try to get/crop in a little closer to emphasize them and the shadows a bit more.
