Your exposure is perfect as always.
My eyes are drawn to the top left and then follow the stream to the bottom right and waterfall but then it is abruptly chopped off which leaves me wanting to see more of what happens there.
Maybe its just my eyes, but to me the overall picture seems slightly out of focus. It could be an optical illusion being played on my eyes or monitor tho. The framing looks right to me, just for some reason the focus just isnt coming across. Naybe its the jagged edge of the rock features, the trees, etc that are throwing me off.
Looks like a beautiful location tho.

I agree with frog. Great shot, but it would have been even better if you have stepped back a few feet. I say try it again it is definitely worth going back for.
Another little thing is there is something blue in the top left corner you may want to clone out.
I like it. Maybe try a faster shutter speed so the water isnt so blurry, unless that is what you were going for. Good Job.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!
