SB-800 off to right of camera bounced with a 40" white umbrella

I am no studio expert (or beginner for that matter) but I think the face and hair area are too dark. The bright center area brings my eyes to her torso first. Unless you are modeling the shirt I would bring the light up.

It's Ok, but a little plain in almost every respect. It really looks like warm up shots. Different pants, pose, lighting etc might inject more energy. But I'm not a studio photographer, so I really can't tell you how to fix it, just say what is wrong
