The dog almost seems like one of the guys here.... Nice shot. Could be a little sharper though, and I'd crop out the area above Mr Doggie's head. Try PS sharpening, see how it does.

Agreed, this works because the dog is very much 'one of the guys' in the image, a bit of sharpening and would also suggest that cropping the top of the image might help.

Cindy, I also think cropping would make this a more intimate picture. Sort of a 'moment between three old pals' kind of shot.

CLK...I like this crop a lot...and the sharpening was definitely a good move. I really like the expression on the dog and the man on the right.
