    Re: Restaurant Voyeur

    Hi Tuna,
I really like the concept here, big fan of voyerism! ;) The overall composition and shot are interesting and clean/crisp. The division of the frame brings you in immediately, and I settle on the subject at right. The texture of the wall against the cement really adds a nice punch to the shot as does the subtle square patterns in both the cement and the border on the left. The black greys and whites look really balanced (I see a little bit of blow out at the upper left window frame, but my monitor could be off).
To nitpick... I would have liked to see more of what was in the window on the left (looks like racks of round bread) but the reflection of the cars kind of take away from that. Identifying what is in the window would help identify what we are looking at (a restaurant versus a bookstore). That said, seeing more of the man at the table on the right side, and perhaps having him in the middle of eating would add to the voyerism.
Awesome shot... I am really enjoying your restaurant shots. (are the officially a series?)

LOL...interesting shot. I guess there's no expectation of privacy, even once you've sat down inside the restaurant. I'm laughing out loud over here imaging you just walking right up to the window, tapping it, and when he looks over at you with a startled look, fork in hand, food on fork about 3 inches from the mouth, you snapping that camera lens.

I like the contrast between the very clear window and the one that's full of reflections.

    Hi Tuna,
I like the idea of this shot. The contrast between the left and the right is very interesting. However, the splitting at the centre seems unnatural to me.
    All the best.

Lovely shot, well done. Do you explore people on their daily routene or in natural situations, your work reminds me of some photgraphs in 60s / 80s that i remember seeing. Really lovely, nie work.

very interesting photos. Seems like the guy is looking at the reflection of the windows (the cars). I wonder what his facial expression means, what he has in mind and who he is speaking to at that moment. Excellent capture of the moment!!

You're sticking with the theme quite nicely there, Tuna.
