    Re: Reflection of fall

Its ok but I don't know what I'm supposed to look at. There is no subject in the foreground, or background. Needs a boat or an interesting building or something.
    Sky's really flat too.
I think its a bit better if you crop off about half the water. I bet it was a peaceful scene when you were there but those don't always transfer well into photos.
    Keep shooting.

I love the fall, but my favorite thing about it is the vibrant colors... I'd love to see these foliage colors popped a little... Also, I agree that it would benefit from a focal point in the foreground... It's a really nice photo... I love how you captured the reflection across the water! Great job!!

First impression I got was "It's a histogram come to life"
At a minimum I'd punch up the colors with either curves or color balance, and see if I could bring out the sky a bit through contrast and hue adjustments.

    Re: Reflection of fall

Nice reflections, and a peaceful-looking scene.

However, as previously mentioned, it would have been better if there was something of interest in the foreground (boat, bird, etc.). Also try straightening the water line, it appears to be tilted slightly toward the right.
