" In Germany they first came for the communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then They came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionists. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came after me- and by that time NO ONE WAS LEFT TO SPEAK UP."

I like the idea of this photo, but there is too much dead space for my tastes. Overall I do like the composition, but think I would maybe crop it a bit. However I'd try to keep the roof line in the image as much as possible.
I would move the window a hair to the right and take a good chunk off the bottom and a little bit off of the right side.
It could use a bit of an increase in levels as well. It looks a bit dark. Is that a hint of lens flare on the left, or the residue of something on the building? Nice angle, and I'd also crop some off the right as Dumpy suggested.
