    reflection (35mm)

    Hi..
    Took this one with the Nikon N2000/Nikkor 50mm 1.4 400iso.
    Again CVS developing...

    Hey ECH, The photo is not bad. Cant decide if the grainniness is helping or hurting the photo. On one hand I would like to see that reflection very crisp and on the other hand it gives it a retro 70s feel.

    I cant help but ask why you shoot in 35mm and then process with CVS? Even if you get a good shot CVS is just going to give you these horrible results. Why not just shoot digital and not have to worry about processing?

    well milhouse... you are pretty much right about CVS .. BUT is 3 minutes from home and is only 3bux for the development and CD.
    My idea is to get a film scanner and take the film to be develop at B&H but looks like after getting the D70 that idea is being postponed a few times already.. eventually I'll make it happen.. FILM ROCKS :thumbsup:

    I like the fisheye composition to this, other than the bad grainy scan excellent shot.

    film is quite fun, and there's definitely a different look to film than digital, a look that a lot of the time I prefer over any digital capture.
