Red Boat. Drydock?

Spotted this as I was riding my bike home from the Post Office.

Used this camera, since I loaned out its replacement to my gf while she's at a convention (she's letting me use her Rebel XT, but I wasnt comfortable taking that on a bike ride...I reached 39mph , powershots are amazingly resilient.)

I like the use of selective color here, but the branches on the right side intrude a bit.
