really need some feedback on this one....

Hi All
I posted this one WAAAAAY back when... in color, as well. I remember one of the remarks were that some of the color was distracting. So after months of not touching it, I decided to pick it up again in Photoshop. I can't even begin to list the alterations I've done on this photo, including applying the image, severe cropping, discarding color completely and then creating a tri- mix of Pantone colors to give it the hue I wanted.
Anyway....
Please send me some feedback. What are your thoughts (free-association if you will haha)....

I don't know what the original looked like but this pic is great, I feel. Although it seems a bit dark on my screen, and I can barely make out your signature at the bottom of the frame. . I like it. A great angle of the girl and a good moment. I like the hair loosely falling over her face and how the lighting is just exposing her features. I like whatever coloration it is that you did. Some may feel there is too much dark on the left side but I think the whole image works great as it stands

I like it too, but I would be interested to see the original shot. The only thing that irks me is the white "orb" right by her nose. LOL.

But all in all, I like it. It has a very mysterious and soft feel to it.

So this is the original LOLA- no alterations done at all. I personally love the original, plus a nice crop, because of the color- something about the color and her shirt in particular brings me back a few decades and give me a sort of nostalgic feeling.

After reposting the original- I see now that the white orb you mentioned is her left eye and partial on her cheek (look at original). Whoa. Thanks for pointing that one out! ha!
