    Ready and willing

I got time to take a few shots of my dog. Let me know what you think about this one.

    Re: Ready and willing

I think you did a good job under difficult conditions, that bright light makes it pretty hard to get detail in both a black dog and the white snow.

I think you could crop a lot tighter so the image just contains the pooch, snow and shadow.
    No, I DON'T need that.

I can see the blue shadow is there behind the dog, too.

I like your photo here, the only thing I would want to suggest is to leave a bit more room in bottom (foreground) of the dog. I like your framing in placing more space in front of him to look out into

I agree with Gary about the foreground.

It is a beautiful dog that is certainly intent on something just out of the shot. Do you know what that was?

A little more area under the dog maybe. Like others have said great exposure. The colors at the top of the image, they are really nice - oranges on blues, great combo. I wish the dog was a little higher in the frame and that you were able to adjust the aim of the lens to show more of that nice background color

Man's best friend and we treat them like dogs! Great shot, looks like she is ready to play fetch.

I do not know what she was concentrating on. Thanks for all the comments. It is good to have a place to bounce things off of. I agree about the foreground. I intentionally left the color at the top. Bakerman35. (And yes, we are inseparable).
