The composition of the leaves and the framing is good. The only thing that does not look ok are the droplets being too white, from being lit too brightly? They have become blown out and a setting of 1-2 stops under exposing might have worked here. would have kept everything dim and brought out the perfectly exposed droplets of water. Another try for this good subject.

I completely agree with Gary on this. It is a pleasing photo, but the main problem is all detail is lost on the droplets. I have no idea how you produced this. Maybe it can be rescued:
If you shot it RAW, use a milder contrast in the tone curve and/or drop the exposure before converting to a JPG.
If you have applied a bit of sharpening (original size and after down sizing), you may try going gentle and only sharpen as the final step (after downsize for web).
Otherwise, wait for another nice rainy day and have another go..
