    Rain Delay

Taken this last weekend. One of those days where you would get a mix of rain and sun throughout the day.

    C&C welcomed.

Great story-telling shot. And an awesome, breath-taking sky on top.
Nice catch! (just couldn't resist the pun.)

Andy & freedom - thanks for commenting. I'm just happy I didn't get my camera too wet. I missed the kids running off by just a few minutes.

How to tell the most experienced shooter in a group? They have the least amount of toys on them.

I like it that you missed the kids leaving the field. Without the players, my eye is free to wander over the other elements of the shot- the sky, empty benches, abandoned jersey, etc.

Army - Thanks for the feedback

ptax - you make a good point. I was thinking that having some people coming off the field wet and dripping would add something. Either way it's somewhat beside the point. I didn't get that shot so I'll never know.

Great shot, the clouds sure look threatening. It is dramatic, but somehow, it also seems somewhat 'processed' to me. (It could be an illusion.)

As far as improvements, I think the biggest thing is that people are missing. Boo hoo. I would love to see people sitting on those benches facing away towards the clouds, like they are waiting to see what happens. But I guess nobody wanted to get wet!
