    Re: Radioactive Hedgehog

Hey, I have one of those glass (or is it crystal?) porcupine things. Sadly, I don't have a green laser, though. That's a cool effect you have created there.

This might be a cool series if you had different colors of lasers and a variety of crystal animals.

Interesting, what is the hedgehog sitting on?? I like the idea of different coloured lasers but am just wondering what the result would look like if this was sitting on a mirror (if it isn't already).

    Re: Radioactive Hedgehog

Ptax: green is the only color I have.

Herriot: it's sitting on an electric stovetop.

Thanks for the comments all, I really have a lot of fun with this laser. The green ones are very dangerous compared to the red ones since they are so bright. Even the dot indoors is dangerously bright!

I bought it basically for photos so ya'll can expect to see more.

MR - Definitely unusual. I think it works well against the black. I agree with Ptax that different colors (say red) mixed in would add to the shot. I would also consider toning down the contrast just a tad for it seems to washing out in the center.

    Re: Radioactive Hedgehog

What are the lil green splotches all over the backround? Can you edit those out? I think without those distracting the hedgehog would look like hes emerging from water. BUT with them there it almost looks like hes explouding. to get the explouding effect maybe add a few more green splotches. More or Less either way would give a differnt feel for the picture.

The green spots are just from light coming out of the hedgehog, and I like them :P
