    Rachel

I had to mess around with this one in photoshop to fix noise and blur. Is it horribly obvious its been photoshopped? I try to present my images as little touched as possible.

That and I still suck at using photoshop

I don't think it looks over done. I think her face could be sharper, but perhaps that's what you were trying to fix. The whole thing has a lensbaby/selective blur look going on which is nice.

I think it is great, just a wee bit blurry at this resolution

I think you could crop the top the bright area behind her doesn't help. I think the rest is fine.

On my monitor, she looks kind of pale. The whole image seems to have a cool tone in it. May be that's what you're after?

Sharpen the eyes, blur the sharp edges on that green stuff behind her and perhaps a warming filter, I think this image is well worth persevering with.

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

yeah, I was in alley and it was all shade. I shot without a flash using my 28mm 1.8 lens. and yeah, I can definitely warm it up some.

I like it. I think it strikes the right balance and has impact. Her expression draws me to her smile and eyes. Certainly worth saving,
