I like the whirl of ground goes from the tires, but the rider
is little blurred, I'm afraid.
As I remember, exposure time was was 1/30, and it should be
maybe min. 1/60...
There was no possibilities to repeat this shoot.

This is interesting. i like the overall composition alot, with the placement of the Quad. The rider should be sharper as you mentioned and i think going to 1/60 shutter would have helped this alot.

i think if you drop the darks and boost the contrast a bit, this will pop much more. It has the potential, but could benefit from a bit more PP. mind if I have a go?
