Exclamation Re: Quick, B&W or Colour?

My appologies "Shootme", as I did not read the name of the poster :blush2: and just assumed:blush2: that you had done the PP.

Hey, you guys have made me realize that there is a place for digital photography, which is a major accomplishment. A month ago I really believed that digital was nothing more than playing silly computer games, and I still do not understand all (read most) the of the terms, so I just try and say what I like and do not, without telling how to PP (I am assuming that means Post Processing).

Coming in here late. They're both powerful, but I think the black and white is more 'contemplative' so to speak. I think the vignette shows up better on the color version though. Both nice.

Now that I've seen AgingEyes excellent edit, I think I'm gonna have to defect and say that I like the b/w. Outstanding job.

No problem at all Bill, I've always confessed my limitations of Post Processing. What I need to do is practise more, but as we all know it takes a bunch of time. The new rendition by AgingEyes I agree is spot on.

Cheers to everyone and thanks AgingEyes for your time to improve the B&W. S

Shootme, MY APPOLOGIES I did not read the left margin and just assumed. I am not qualified to comment on any members skills in PP as I have none, past cropping, dodgeing and burning, and varying exposure time in the darkroom. You guys amaze me with what you are doing with your images.

The black and white, definitely. Gives it some mystery and implies more age. Tells more of a story. What is that thing? Gets my attention.
