I like this one, looks like you nailed the exposure perfectly - neon can be a real pain, especially close up like this. The laughing guy inside is a nice touch too.

If you shot this in raw then you have more latitude to play with
I think the neon signs can be toned down a bit.

Nice capture and angle, Neons may be a tad bright, but I like the textures and the wood paneling of the pub. S
