    Not too dark at all. The light gives it texture. If it weren't for the smoke and the mole on his neck, this could pass for a bronze sculpture. Nice piece of art.

    I think the second post is definitely better. Was this originally shot in color? I'm just curious how it would look, because right now all of the textures kind of mimic each other. Color might separate that a bit...I really like the pose and the dramatic lighting.

    It could also be a picture of a woodsman taking a break back when there were trees. Remember them? Very cool Image.
