A pretty hall way

Hi folks,
I took this yesterday at Pasadena city hall. I like path ways and so forth and tried to time the sun light just right. Anyway, cc is greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance..
Shot with Canon AE-1, 50 F/1.4 @5.6 with Kodak Gold 200.

Thanks Greg. I was waiting for a prop to walk in for about 30 minutes or so. I was hoping for one of the maintenance guys, but I think she worked better..

Do the colors seem dull?

Colours seem muted, but right.
It would have been great if she emerged form the dark corridoor at the end of the columns

I can't seem to wrap myself arounf the colors. As you said they seem right, but boring.

Someone emerging from the dark corridor would have been amazing, but the woman seems to be near one of the third's intersections so that works well too.

I love both shots. Certainly the second shot displays nice colours, but I don't think the first is too washed out.

Looking at these makes me appreciate why I shoot film now

Thanks Danic. I really like both myself. As for film, I know what you mean. More and more I find myself shooting less digital.

What lens did you use?

For the first shot I used a Canon FD 50 F/1.4 and the second I used a Canon FD 28 F/2.8
