I understand where you're coming from with this image and there is, no doubt, a lot of sentimental impact that will be very importrant to document for the bride and groom.
Technically speaking the vignette effect seemes really heavy as does the contrast. I assume it was converted to black and white because the highlights were cooked and this was the kindest treatment available to rescue the shot. Unfortunately, as wedding photog., I would have to say the heavy shadow bisecting the faces and her hand obscuring the best part of her face is a deal killer for this shot. IMO try reducing the contrast and a softening filter to add a sense of fuzzy sentimentality to the shot instead of sharp, hard contrasts. Just my $0.02. Best of luck with your phootgraphy! :thumbsup:
