This is a fine landscape, I think the two buildings are a little too centered.
While having the main subject centered works, the photograph would be more effective if the buildings were off to one side or the other.

    Cool Prayer...

    Hi guys,
this I took at sunset in Egypt. I have a couple of things I am not happy with: the mosque in the middle and a bit of overexposure on the top left corner. Am I too harsh on myself again? Do you see any other faults? Thank you!

Really nice shot. The over-exposure on the left does carry the eye in that direction. Looks like a pano, did you try cropping at the valley on the left and seeing how that would look? S

If you shot in Raw you could try lowering you exposure for the left corner of the sky and then blending it with a brighter exposure for the foreground.

    Re: Prayer...

Ok, guys. Did a quick crop on the valley on the left as suggested by shootme. Do you think it works? Thank you very much for all your input. G

    Re: Prayer...

Already looking much better. When I was thinking of valley though I meant the foreground mountain valley just to the left of the smaller structure. If you can darken a bit the sky top left then I think you're in a good place and don't need to crop further. Well done. S
