    Potholes

I based my senior project on this method. It is a tessellation of one image (two regular, and two inverse) of a rock quarry in South Africa....our guide called these "the potholes," hence the name.... Let me know what you think.

    Re: Potholes

    Welcome Dubbs!

I do a lot of these myself and I think you've got a good one here. Very interesting undulations and patterns and water is always fun to include in images like this. Since it is largely an abstract I would consider adjusting the contrast and levels to really accentuate the forms.
Also, what motivated you to make this monochrome? I like the look but can't help but wonder what it would look like with color. Would love to see the results if you decide to re-edit. I look forward to more of your posts.
