I know this is abit different,but I wanted to work on my photoshop skills and I had a funny Idea for a poster for insect repellent.

Anyway take a look and C+C please (It is a work in progress)

nice idea and pretty good execution so far. the roach has a lot more detail in it than the background photo, so making it slightly softer in the final file may be good. also some more clipping to do on the top right, middle left, and bottom left legs. cloning out the sun on the wall or redoing/adding another shadow may be good too.

Interesting work in progress here. I'm curious to see more. Considering we don't know much about your ultimate intent I'll go with what I see. Technically everything looks fine. Good cutout work on the roach and I like the fall away shadowing on the floor. I also like the "backlighting" from the bathroom window. Looks like a fun project - looking forward to the punch line.

Very creative! Roaches creep me out. It will be interesting to see where you go with this.
