That's an interesting concept. I first thought that the postcards weren't sharp enough but then, I kinda like the overall slight blur in this picture (accidental or not). It complements the motion of the woman as I see it.
The black and white adds a nice nostalgic feeling to this shot. It reminds me of simplier days.

The subject seems so simple, but your use of it draws me into the picture, makes me pause for a moment to think about the people who come into this store. I agree that the black & white is a great touch.
good timing. I like how most of the postcards are on the side, creating a interesting foreground for the movement in the bg. A nicely spotted shot with enough interest to keep me looking.
