Yours would have been ok it hadn't been so blown on the right hand side of the frame.
Your sisters - again a little too blown on the right hand side of the frame and watch for sunlight hitting the tip of the nose.
I like the idea of the background for the portraits. I think there is too much light on the right sides, though. Taking it later in the day could ease that problem, or even in front of a different part of the tree, if that is where you're set on.
