    Portrait Of A Pub

This is one of my favourite places (on earth LOL)
You will recognise some of it. Taken early one morning when Ballyvaughan was still asleep. B?W is good with this one also but this is the original.
    Hope you like it.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan

You can even see where the ale flowed out on the previous night. I haven't been in a bar that overflowed in about 40 years.

I think you could crop out the road, leaving just the vertical part of the curb.

    Nice Morning light and shadows.

    MMMMMMMMMMMM Beer!
I like this "portrait" because I LOVE a good pint!
I am sure there is as much character or probably characters inside as there is on outside.
There is an interesting sense of symmetry and balance here Tom.

Great shot! All the elements add up for a beautiful shot. The wet spots on the sidewalk, the shadows, and the beautiful colors.

    I love it!

    Well done,

    Tom,

This is lovely, and brings back many a fond memory of days and nights in Ireland. Now is it too late for that Guiness in the fridge?

Personally I would keep the photo as is and the frame complements it wonderfully
